Motichur LadduIngredients:Chickpea flour - 250 gmsWater - As RequiredOil - As RequiredSugar - 250 gmsGhee - 2 tspCardamom powder - 2 tspFood color - 1 tspGhee - 1 tb spnDirections: Take chickpea flour in a bowl, add water mix it well make it into a thick batter.Deep fry the boondhi in hot oil. Transfer into a plate.Take a pan add sugar, water & boil it, then add food color, cardamom powder and add fried boondi mix it and soak well. When it is still warm add ghee mix it well, apply ghee in your hands and make small ladoos. Laddu is ready to serve.
