Lag B'Omer Meat Fest - Kabobs, Flat Iron Steak and Maple Seared Shoulder Steak

Let's get grilling. The Jewish festival of Lag B'Omer means celebration, bonfires and perhaps a bit of grilling. I've got three recipes for you in this video, well actually four. Plus you'll learn how to make my favorite meat rub and marinade.

We're doing Flat Iron Steaks, Beef & Lamb Kabobs and my Maple Seared Shoulder Steak. All of our meat is from KOL Foods (KOLFoods.com) and is 100% pasture raised, 100% grass fed, no hormones, no anti-biotics and it's some of the best and healthiest meat you can buy.

I pair it all with some great wine from our friends at Harken Spirits. (www.HarkenSpirits.com) I recommend the Spring River, Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot from Gush Eitzion. Strong enough for the meat, yet light and fruity enough for the outdoors.

Even if you don't celebrate Lag B'Omer, celebrate Summer, grilling and good food with these delicious recipes.
