Keep it aside.- In a bowl add gram flour, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, chaat masala, celery seeds, crushed masala and kashmiri red chili, mix all together. gradually add water, make batter.- Add fish pieces in a gram flour mixture, coat each piece well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.- Heat oil in a pan and fry pieces over medium flame until golden brown.- Now in a bowl add Chutney ingredients and mix well.- Serve fried fish with Chutney.Preparation Time: 40 minutesCooking Time: 10-12 minutesServing: 4-5
