Ingredients:
700g raho fish
1 tbsp Garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Rice Flour
3 tbsp Flour
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp fenugreek
2 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 cup Gram Flour
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp Celery seeds
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili
Chutney Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup Tamarind pulp
1 tsp Red chili flakes
Salt to taste
2 tsp Shakar
1/2 tsp Crushed Roasted Cumin
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Directions:
- in a bowl add fish, garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, rice flour and flour.
- Coat each piece well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl add crushed fenugreek, cumin, coriander seeds together, crushed masala is ready. Keep it aside.
- In a bowl add gram flour, red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, chaat masala, celery seeds, crushed masala and kashmiri red chili, mix all together. gradually add water, make batter.
- Add fish pieces in a gram flour mixture, coat each piece well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry pieces over medium flame until golden brown.
- Now in a bowl add Chutney ingredients and mix well.
- Serve fried fish with Chutney.

Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes
