Lamb pieces, celery and asparagus stir fried in spicy soy sauce.LAMB CELERY AND ASPARAGUS STIR FRYIngredients400 grams boneless lamb, cut into strips1 stalk celery4-5 asparagus heads, blanched1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons chopped garlic1 tablespoon chopped ginger 2 dried red chillies½ tablespoon soy sauceSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste½ teaspoon sugar2 tablespoons cornstarch 6-7 fresh basil leaves2 teaspoons red wine vinegarMethod1. Cut the asparagus and celery diagonally into pieces. 2. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan. Add lamb strips, sauté and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat. 3. Add garlic and ginger, mix well and sauté till garlic turns golden. Break red chillies, add and mix well.4. Add celery and asparagus, stir well. Add soy sauce, salt, crushed peppercorns and sugar and mix well.5. Take cornstarch in a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons water and mix well to make a smooth slurry.6. Add the slurry to the pan and mix well. Tear basil leaves, add, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.7. Add vinegar and mix well.8.
