Easy to make and yummy to taste. Yes, that's Wheat Payasam or Gothambu Payasam. In this video, I have shown how to make Lapsi Payasam at home that can be prepared very quickly.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
1 cup Lapsi/Broken Wheat
A pinch of Salt
300 gms Jaggery
1 cup water
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Coconut pieces
A handful of Cashew nuts
A handful of Raisins
2 cups thin Coconut milk
1/2 tsp dry Ginger powder/Sonth
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 cup thick Coconut milk
