Lasooni Aloo Fry - लसूनी आलू फ्राय Ingredients:
4 Potatoes (wedges)
Water
3 tbsp Refined Flour
2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies Paste
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
Oil (for deep frying)

2 tbsp Oil
18-20 Green Garlic Bulbs
1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
1-2 Dry Red Chilli (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Green Garlic Chives (chopped)
