(Serves 4)
- 5 Kashmiri Red Chillies (deseeded & boiled)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cashew Nuts
- 4 Tomatoes (boiled & peeled)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 500 gms Baby Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Onion (shredded)
- 100 gms Green Garlic (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- Water
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Salt
