Ingredients of Lasooni Palak Paneer recipe:

2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin/Jeera
2 Elaichi/Cardamom
2 Cloves/Laung
1 inch piece Dalchini/Cinnamon
1 Onion
1/2 inch piece Ginger/Adrak
10-15 Lehsun/Garlic cloves
2 Green Chillies/Hari Mirch
1 Tomato
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Dhania/Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder
400 gms Palak/Spinach
1 tsp Garam masala
200 gms Paneer
2 tbsp Fresh Cream

FOR THE TADKA:
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp chopped Garlic/Lehsun
1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
