Layered Chana Chaat

Ingredients for Imli Chutney:
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Green Chutney:
Green coriander (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (cubes) 1/2 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Green chilies 4
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Yogurt Mixture:
NESTL MILKPAK yogurt 2 cups
Chaat masala 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
White Chickpeas (boiled) 2 cups
Chaat masala 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Imli chutney 1/2 cup
Cucumber (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Green chutney as required
Sev as required
Potatoes (boiled)
Imli chutney as required
Prepared yogurt

Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
1. In a pan heat tamarind pulp, sugar, water and cook for 2-3 mins.
2. Now add red chili flakes, salt and red chili powder mix it well and cook until sauce starts to thicken.
Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
3. In a jar add green coriander, onion, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, water and blend it well. Your Green Chutney is ready.
Directions for Yogurt Mixture Preparation:
4. In a bowl add NESTL MILKPAK yogurt and chaat masala and mix it well. your yogurt mixture is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Now in a bowl add boiled chickpeas, chaat masala and imli chutney. Mix it well. set aside.
6. Now in a bowl add cabbage, cucumber, onion, tomato, lemon juice, chaat masala. Mix it well. Your veggie mixture is ready.
7. In a serving bowl add a layer of veggie mixture, prepared yogurt, tamarind chickpeas, green chutney, veggie mixture, boiled potatoes, yogurt mixture, imli chutney, green chutney, veggie mixture, boiled chickpeas and lastly top with sev.
8. Your layered chana chaat is ready.
