Whisk well and set aside.In a large bowl, combine broccoli stalk, carrots, red cabbage andapple.Add dressing a toss well.Enjoy!Vegetable Stir Fry1 tbsp oil4 cups broccoli florets1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp ginger, freshly grated½ chili pepper, minced OR chili flakes¼ cup vegetable OR chicken broth1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp honeygreen onions, finely choppedcashews, crushedIn a wok or non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium-high.Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and broccoli.Cook for 2-3 minutes stirring often.Using a wooden spoon, create a small well in the broccoli mixture.Add garlic, ginger and chili and toss with broccoli mixture.Cook for an additional 30 seconds.In a small bowl, whisk vegetable broth, soy sauce and honey.Pour over broccoli and cook 2-3 more minutes.Serve over rice and garnish with chopped cashews and green onion.Enjoy!*SOME links provided above are affiliate links The Domestic Geek is Hosted by Sara Lynn Cauchon
