Leavened Bread with Aubergine Filling Recipe

Auntie Saniye is sharing an easy but super delicious leavened bread recipe with us today. We hope you enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS:
600ml of flour
200ml of water (might be less depending on how the consistency of the dough turns out)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Half a kg of roasted and peeled aubergines
1 chopped onion
1 dessertspoon of instant dry yeast
Half a teaspoon of salt
