Egg-in-a-hole with XO Sauce
Serve 1

Ingredients:
Bread 1 slice
Egg 1 pc
Butter a little

Sauce:
Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce 1 tbsp

Steps:
1. Use a heart shaped cutter and make a hole at the center of the bread.
2. Heat up the pan with medium low heat, put butter in pan first, then place the bread. Cook until golden brown and flip it over.
3. Crack the egg into the center of the hole, pan fry until the egg is set. Add the sauce, ready to serve.

Tips:
Turn off the heat after adding egg to let the egg becomes solid by the heat from pan. It can make a perfect half-cooked egg.
