XO 5 20 Pan-Fried Egg Dumplings with XO Sauce4 ServingsIngredients: Eggs 3 pcs, Minced pork 100 g, Chopped green onion 1 Tbsp, Chopped coriander 1 Tbsp, Cornstarch 1 tsp, Water 1 TbspMarinade: Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce 1 Tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp, Dash of pepperSeasoning Mix: Salt tsp, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil tspDirections:1. Mix minced pork with Marinade. Combine pork, green onion and coriander to form filling. Mix cornstarch with water, add to eggs with Seasoning Mix, beat well.2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour 2 Tbsp egg mixture and place pork filling just off centre.3. Fold egg sheet in half while still soft. Seal in pork filling by slightly pressing edges.
