A must try this winter. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #DigitalAmmi #arraywah written recipe: https://bit.ly/3GXdQhKRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Hara lehsan (Green garlic) 300g (wash & clean)-Bajray ka atta (Millet flour) 2 & Cups-Himalayan pink salt tsp-Water Cup or as required-Himalayan pink salt tsp or to taste-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) melted CupDirections:-Finely chop green garlic with the help of knife & set aside. -In a bowl,add millet flour,pink salt & mix well.-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.-Take a small dough ball & place the dough ball on a baking paper,sprinkle millet flour & spread with the help of fingers. -On heated griddle,place roti & cook on low flame from both sides until golden (4 minutes each side).-Make all rotis in similar method (makes 5) & let them cool.-In chopper,add bajra roti (break into pieces) & chop well.-In a bowl,add chopped baja roti,pink salt,chopped green garlic,gradually add melted clarified butter & mix until well combined.-Take a small quantity of mixture (50g) & make ladoo of equal sizes (makes 12).-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 week in refrigerator.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Hara lehsan (Green garlic) 300g (wash & clean)-Bajray ka atta (Millet flour) 2 & Cups-Himalayan pink salt tsp-Water Cup or as required-Himalayan pink salt tsp or to taste-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) melted CupDirections:-Hara lehsan ko knife ki madad sa finely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein bajray ka atta aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Chota dough lein aur ball bana ker butter paper per rakh dein,bajray ka atta chirak dein aur fingers ki madad sa pheela dein.-Garam tawa per roti rakh dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak pake lein (4 minutes each side).-Is he tarhan baqi rotiyan bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 5) & thanda ker lein.-Chopper mein bajra roti (break into pieces) dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.-Bowl mein chopped bajra roti,pink salt,chopper hara lehsan aur thora thora ker ka desi ghee dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Mixture ki small quantity lei (50g) aur ek jaisay sizes ka ladoo bana lein (makes 12).-Airtight jar mein dal ker 1 week kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
