⏬ Ingredients used in this easy garlic pickle recipe-

• Garlic ( lehsun ) peeled - 100 gms.
• Turmeric ( Haldi ) - 1/2 tsp.
• Lemon Juice - 4 tsp.
• Chilli powder - 2 tbsp.
• Jaggery ( gur ) - 2 tsp. ( finely chopped or powder )
• Mustard oil ( sarson ka tel ) - 6 tbsp. ( 1/4 cup )
• Salt - 1 tsp.



⏬ To be dry roasted and grinded for the masala-

• Split mustard seeds ( Rai kuriya ) - 4 tsp, 10 gms
• Crushed fenugreek seeds ( Methi kuriya ) - 1/2 tsp.
• Cumin seeds ( Jeera ) - 1/2 tsp.
• Crushed coriander seeds ( dhania ) - 1/2 tsp.
• Asafoetida ( hing ) - 1/2 tsp.
