Lemon Garlic Shrimp Recipe - What's On Sale At The SupermarketIngredients:2-3 cloves garlic, crushed or sliced60 mL ( cup) olive oilPinch or two red chili flakes750g (1 pounds) shelled and deveined large shrimpCoarse saltPinch smoked paprikaCouple glugs dry sherry, or white wine30 mL (1Tbsp) butter5 mL (1 tsp) finely grated lemon zest125 mL ( cup) minced parsleyCrusty bread, for servingMethod:In a frying pan, combine the olive oil and garlic and; cook over medium heat, until the garlic is fragrant. Add the chili, shrimp, salt, and paprika to the skillet and cook over moderately low heat, stirring and turning until barely pink.Add the sherry turn up the heat and reduce the liquid by half.Stir in the butter, parsley, and lemon zest.
