Heat 2 cups water in a deep pan. Add ginger and mix well. Bring it to a boil and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.2. Strain the mixture in a bowl and allow to cool completely.3. Add the sugar syrup to the ginger mixture and mix well till combined.4. To serve, add a few ice cubes in individual serving glasses, add a portion of the prepared ginger syrup, 1 tsps lemon juice in each glass and top it up with soda.5.
