Ingredients

- 50g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp lemon extract
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 1/4 cup caster sugar

Method:

- Coat tarts with melted chocolate and refrigerate till chocolate
get hard.
- In a mixing bowl add grated paneer, fresh cream, caster sugar, vanilla extract, lemon extract, lemon zest and mix it well.
- Fill the tart with mixture.
- Sprinkle some dark chocolate on top for garnish.
- Ready to serve.
