With the combination of lemon and black pepper, this chicken recipe is just wow!LEMON PEPPER CHICKENIngredients1 lemon, halved1 tsp black pepper powder 750 grams chicken, cut into 2 inch pieces on the bone1 cup whisked yogurt3 tbsps ginger-garlic pasteSalt to taste1 tbsp oil2 tbsps butter2 bay leaves4-5 cloves1 inch cinnamon stick2-3 green chillies, slit2 tbsps corn flour slurry1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leavesParanthas to serveMethod1. Take chicken in a large bowl. Add yogurt, 2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt and squeeze the juice of ½ lemon into it. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.2. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Let the butter melt. 3. Add bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon stick and sauté for a few seconds. Add remaining ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 4. Add chicken and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.5. Add green chillies and squeeze the juice of remaining lemon and mix. Add corn flour slurry, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. 6. Add coriander leaves, mix and cook for a few seconds. 7.
