Lemon Quinoa | Healthy Indian Twist

Welcome to Healthy Indian Twist! Today’s recipe lemon quinoa. This is extremely healthy and quick to make. It goes well with peanut chutney. Lemon Quinoa
2 servings
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Urad Dal
1 tsp Chana dal
Pinch of asafetida
Few curry leaves
2 green chilies slit
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 cups cooked quinoa (https://youtu.be/DqtT4XQQD5M)
¼ cup roasted peanuts
4 tablespoon lemon juice
Coriander for garnishing

1. Take a pan, add oil. When hot, add urad and chana dal. Cook till brown.
2. Add pinch of asafetida, curry leaves, green chillies and turmeric. Cook 1 min.
3. Add cooked quinoa, roasted peanuts, lemon juice and salt.
4. Mix until well combined.
5. Garnish with coriander.
