Stay fit, Stay healthy!Lemon Quinoa 2 servings 1 tsp oil1 tsp Urad Dal1 tsp Chana dalPinch of asafetida Few curry leaves 2 green chilies slit ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 cups cooked quinoa (https://youtu.be/DqtT4XQQD5M) ¼ cup roasted peanuts4 tablespoon lemon juiceCoriander for garnishing 1. Take a pan, add oil. When hot, add urad and chana dal. Cook till brown.2. Add pinch of asafetida, curry leaves, green chillies and turmeric. Cook 1 min. 3.
