Lemon Tart is a classic. Can be done up or done down. I love lemon tarts for their ability to evoke nostalgia while they still leave room emotionally for exploration. What i mean by that is some classics, like tomato sandwiches, cant be messed with. This variation of a tart plays into some beautiful botanical pairings like cucumber and borage, Finished with a little salt and served.
