More #Strangewich recipes here: http://hellmanns.com/strangewich RECIPE BELOW: Let Them Eat Cake StrangewichServes 4 Ingredients2 Pound Cake Loaves (sliced into 1/2” slices) you’ll need 12 slices 1 Pound Strawberries, hulled and sliced 2 tsp. granulated sugar1 tbs. balsamic glaze 1/4 cup chocolate spread (optional chocolate hazelnut spread)1/4 cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise 4 tbs. butter for griddlingGarnish¼ cup Balsamic glaze 2 tbs chocolate spread Fresh MintIn a bowl mix sliced strawberries, sugar, and balsamic. Allow to macerate for 15 minutes. In another bowl mix chocolate spread with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise.Preheat cast-iron griddle or skillet.Melt butter in griddle and carefully griddle each slice of pound cake until golden brown on both sides. Set aside. Stackin’ time: Spread each slice with Chocolate Mayonnaise. To create the tower, top one slice with macerated strawberries, followed by two more slices each topped with macerated strawberries. Repeat for remaining sandwiches.
