Heat a grill pan , add butter , tofu and grill it until golden brown from all sides , keep it aside .2. Heat another pan , add oil ,LG Hing, green chilli , ginger ,and sauté it for 30 seconds .3. Now add chopped onion , salt and cook it on a low flame until translucent .4. Now add red chilli powder , coriander powder , bunch of methi leaves , mix it well .5. Close the lid , cook it for 3-4 min on low flame .6.
