Lima beans otherwise known as pavta, butter beans, broad beans is healthy recipe that is perfect for lunch and tiffin box. IngredientsPotato 1 largeGhee 2-3 tbspAsafetida ¼ tspCumin seeds 1 tspMustard seeds 1 tspCurry leaves 12-15Garlic chopped 1 TbspGinger chopped 1 TbspGreen chili 3-4 Onion chopped 1 largeDry red chili 2-3Lima beans 250 gmssalt to tastecoriander powder 1 tspturmeric powder ½ tspGaram masala powder ½ tspcoconut grated 3 tbsplemon juice 1/4Methoddeseed lima beans and remove the seeds in a bowltake 1 large potato and cut into small cubes , keep aside.In a pan heat ghee, add asafetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and sauté for 1 mins.Add curry leaves, garlic , ginger, green chili, onion and sauté for 2 min add potatoes , dry red chilli, lima beans, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder , red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
