Liver with dill leaf is a wonderful preparation with exotic and mouth-watering flavours from the fresh dill leaves added with liver pieces and cooked along with other spices

Ingredients:
Liver pieces 300 Grams
garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Oil 4 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Onions(chopped) 1 Numbers
Butter 2 Tablespoons
Salt 0 To
Red chilly powder 1 Tablespoons
Coriander powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoons
Coconut 1/4 Piece
Pepper(crushed powder) 1 Teaspoons
Dill leaves(chopped) 1-2 Bunch
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, butter, little salt saute it.

2. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, dill leaves and saute it.

3. Add liver pieces, red chilly powder, coriander powder, paste of poppy seed and dry coconut and mix thoroughly and place the lid and cook it for 10 to 15 min.

4. Atlast add crushed pepper powder, garam masala and mix thoroughly and cook it for 2 mins.

5. Now liver and dill leaves curry is ready to serve with rice and chapati.
