Lobster Rice Vermicelli

Upgrade a quick #onepanmeal with Lobster Rice Vermicelli. Added extra shrimp, mushroom, egg and veggie to make a pan of nutritious meal and it taste so good with a splash of XO wine.

Method:
1. pre-soaked rice vermicelli in water till soft, remove and drain well
2. cook beaten egg in scrambled egg style
3. in a large skillet saut ginger & minced garlic with pre-cooked frozen lobster shell (removed the meat first) and prawn for a minute or so before adding chicken stock and water
4. season broth with some oyster sauce and continue to simmer for 2 minutes
5. removed cooked prawn then add in egg and vermicelli and simmer for 2 minutes
6. lastly add back the prawn and vegetable then simmer for another minute
