Ingredients: (2 servings).
Mangoes: 2 (other options are pureed or chopped pineapple, pomegranate seeds, strawberries, musk melon etc).
chia seeds: 1/4 cup
coconut milk: 1 cup (other options are almond milk, cashew milk etc)
Mint leaves to garnish.

Since mangoes has sweetness there is actually no need to add extra sweetener, but if you still need more sweetness, you can add in 2-3 dates, or 1-2 tsp coconut sugar, maple syrup etc.
This is an excellent breakfast for kids; but use either dates or coconut sugar while blending the mangoes.
This is ideal for breakfast.
