lose 5 kgs with healthy multigrain roti, how to make multigrain indian roti/chapati for weight loss. this healthy roti will help you to lose weight and also helps in weight management. It can be included in your diabetic diet. This roti is easy to make and takes just under 10 mins to make, helps to keep you warm in the winter and also gives you more energy.
The addition of little desi ghee in this roti is very important as desi ghee not only helps to burn fat but also helps in the assimilation of vitamins and minerals, so do not skip desi ghee which is also known as clarified butter.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup multigrain flour (check link above for the recipe)
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 cup water

Into a bowl add in the multigrain flour, whole wheat flour, and pink himalayan salt. Mix well with your hands so that the multigrain flour is well combined with the wheat flour.
Add in water and mix with hand to make it into a soft dough.
Allow it to rest for 10-15 mins and then transfer it to a work surface and knead again.
Pinch off lemon sized balls from the dough and then flatten the small dough with your fingers into a rough disc and rolled it out into a roti.
Place the rolled out roti into the hot tawa and cook both sides, pressing down with the spatula to ensure even cooking as shown in the video.
Serve 2 rotis with any side dish of your choice.
