Ingredients:-
Raw Sorghum/Jowar:- 2 cups
Chopped onion:- 1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato:- 1 cup
Boiled & chopped potatoes:- 2
Chopped raw mango:- 2 tablespoons
Crushed papdi:- 4
Tamarind chutney:- 2 tablespoons
Mint chutney:- 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala:- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice:- 1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander:- 1 tablespoon
Chopped green garlic:- 1 teaspoon
Yoghurt:- 1 tablespoon
Chilli Sev/Spicy

Method of Preparation
- Take a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and give it a quick mix.
- Garnish it with chilli sev and tamarind chutney, don't forget to add crispy papdi.
- Your low-calorie healthy snack is ready!
