Aloo Lukhmi

Ingredients:-

Boiled potatoes- 2
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Butter milk - 1 cup
Curry leaves -1 sprig
Mint leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander leaves - few sprigs
Green chillies- 4
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1/2
Salt - To Taste
Lemon - 1/2

Method:-
Take maida and wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, oil butter milk and knead into a soft dough and keep aside.

For Stuffing

In a pan add oil, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves,green chillies,turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala , onion & salt mix it well and add onions adjust salt and add lemon juice. Keep aside, let it cool.

Now using the dough make medium size chapathis and cut in center and spread the aloo masala. Seal the edges as shown using some water.
Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown colour and serve it with chai and fried chillies
