1 + cup gram flour
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1 tsp carom seeds
tsp asafetida
tsp fennel seed powder
2 tbsp ghee
Salt as per taste
Oil to fry
To make gravy:

cup capsicum cubes
3 pc finely chopped green Chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 pc cardamom
3 pc cloves
1 pc bay leaf
1 pc cinnamon stick
2-3 tbsp yellow mustard seed
2-3 Tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
tsp black pepper
1 tsp asafetida
200gram yogurt
2-3 tbsp oil
Salt as per taste
