Lunch Thali
Recipe 1: Dal Palak
Ingredients
1 bunch Palak (Spinach)
50 grams Toor dal
1 small Onion, diced
1 medium Tomato
5 Green Chilli
12-15 Garlic Pods
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seed
1 teaspoon Cumin Seed
4 Red Chillies
Curry Leaves
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Oil
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Water

Recipe 2: Carrot Fry
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Chana Dal
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chillies, slit
Curry Leaves
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 cup Carrot
1 tablespoon Water
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Coconut, grated

Recipe 3: Potato Masala
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
1 inch Cinnamon Sticks
2 Cloves
1 Cardamom
1/4 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
5-6 Garlic Pods
Curry Leaves
1 big Onion
Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
2 Tomatoes
100 ml Water
Potato, boiled and Cut
2 tablespoon Butter
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
2 Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves
