Fancy heart-shaped jello shots with the flavour of lychee to turn your parties exciting.

LYCHEE MARTINI JELLO SHOTS

Ingredients

2 cups lychee juice
2 tbsps rose syrup
2½ tbsps melted gelatin

Method

1. Take rose syrup in a bowl. Add 250 ml water, 1 tbsp gelatin and mix well. Strain in a glass tray. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
2. Take lychee juice in a bowl. Add remaining melted gelatin and mix well. Strain this mixture over the rose- gelatin mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
3. Cut with heart shaped cookie cutters. Insert a toothpick in each heart and serve.
