Mac N Cheese - Bushwack Cooking with The Fat Kid Inside

This week on Bushwack Cooking, Erwan is still on the same mountain, but this time he is making a simple Mac N Cheese recipe.

Here is the recipe:

Cook your macaroni pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (see packaging information for timing).

Get a hot pan going, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 garlic crushed, just to flavour the oil slightly. Add about 2 tbsp of flour and toast a little. Add in 1/2 cup of coconut milk. 1/2 cup grated emmental, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp of dried oregano and some cracked black pepper. Stir on medium until its all incorporated.

Combine the cheese with the drained pasta.

Done :)
