Macaroni pasta in pressure cooker Ingredients quantity Butter 3tbsp Oil 1tbsp Garlic 1tbsp Green chili chopped 1tbsp Tomatoes chopped 3no. Carrot ½ cup French beans ½ cup Onion 1no. Salt to taste Red chili powder 1tsp Jeera powder ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Mint powder ½ tsp Mixed herbs ½ tsp Chili flakes 1tsp Yellow bell pepper ½ cup Red bell pepper ½ cup Green capsicum ½ cup Macaroni 1 cup Water 2 ½ cup Coriander ½ tsp Fresh cream ½ tspMethod 1. Take a pressure cooker add butter, oil, garlic, green chilies, and sauté it for a min. 2. Now chop the tomatoes in medium cubes. 3. Now add carrot, French beans, onions, and salt and mix well. 4. Now add tomatoes, and sauté for 4 to 5 mins. 5. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and jeera powder, mint powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, red bell pepper, yellow powder, green capsicum and sauté for a min. 6. Now add macaroni pasta, and water double the quantity of macaroni, mix well and let it cook for 4 to 5 whilst. 7. Now cut the coriander, and garnish on the pasta. 8. Sprinkle some mixed herbs, red chili flakes and put some fresh cream. 9. Its ready, serve in a bowl.
