Melt butter and heat oil in a pot. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes over low flame. 2. Add milk and let cook until it starts to thicken while stirring continuously. 3. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the desired consistency has obtained.4. Add cheese and cook until the cheese melts. 5. Add boiled macaroni and mix well until well coated. 6. Transfer to a rectangular dish and let sit in the refrigerator until set. 7. Cut into thick sticks like shape. Insert the ice-cream stick half way through the macaroni stick. 8. Grind Kurkure Toofaani Mirch in a chopper until crumbs have formed. 9. Now, take a macaroni stick dust in flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with crumbed Kurkure. 10. Deep fry in oil until crispy. Strain and serve.
