Maguro Donya, the first in Singapore to bring in the freshest Bluefin Tuna is currently a rising trend. The Akami (lean part), Chutoro and Otoro (belly) all come from different parts of the Bluefin fish which are incredibly delicious and succulent. The maguro are served in 3 or 5 cuts, coupled with fresh wasabi literally melts in your mouth and makes you want to crave for more.
