Ingredients:-
Raw mango: 2
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Ground mustard/ Rai Dal: 1 tablespoon
Mustard: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder: 2 tablespoons
Emami mustard oil: 4 tablespoons

Method of preparation
Rinse and wipe the mangoes. Dice the mangoes and discard the seeds
Mix all the spices and salt with the diced mangoes. Keep it aside
Heat mustard oil in the kadhai, add mustard and allow it to crackle
Now add the diced mangoes coated with spices. Stir till it cooks well
Mango pickle is ready. Store it in the dry jar
