Dice the mangoes and discard the seedsMix all the spices and salt with the diced mangoes. Keep it asideHeat mustard oil in the kadhai, add mustard and allow it to crackleNow add the diced mangoes coated with spices. Stir till it cooks wellMango pickle is ready. Store it in the dry jar
