Enjoy it with some white butter on the side!MAKAI PALAK ROTIIngredients1½ cups corn meal (makai ka atta) 1 cup shredded spinachSalt to taste½ tsp carom seeds½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric PowderGhee for cookingWhite butter for servingMethod1. Take cornmeal in a bowl. Add spinach, salt, carom seeds and Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and mix well. Add 1 cup lukewarm water and knead to soft dough.2. Heat a nonstick tawa. Take a portion of dough , dip your palms in water, place on a piece of parchment paper, cover with another parchment paper and roll lightly,3. Remove the paper and transfer on a tawa. Apply ghee and cook on both the sides for 2 minutes each.4.
