Make Kofta This Way! 15 MINUTES Veggy & Kofta Balls Why I Didn't Try This Before! Easy & Elegant

With this method, it is amazingly easy and delicious Kofta, soft and juicy. The base with shredded potatoes and carrots becomes an elegant main dish.
Ingredients For the kofta:
1 medium-size onion
2 big potato
3 cloves of garlic
450gr. ground beef
1 tsp each salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano
a handful of chopped parsley
3 tbsp olive oil
For the base
2 carrots
1 big potato
a handful of chopped parsley
1/2 tsp each or to taste salt, black pepper, dried mint
1 egg
2-3 tbsp flour (you can use 1 tbsp of it cornflour if you like)
oil to grease the pan
For the tomato sauce:
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 heaped tbsp tomato paste
about 3/4 hot water
about 1 cup shredded mozzarella or kashar cheese
