Make More For Freezer! Youll want Everyday! Cheesy Turkish Croissant/ Pogaca!

This Turkish Pogacha is so popular in Turkey you can see it served in almost every tea party among ladies It is a rich and puffy yeast dough, you can shape it and fill it differently. I used Turkish white cheese (use feta if you can't find it)
Ingredients For the pogacha bread dough:
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 cup lukewarm water
3/4 to 1 cup vegetable oil
30gr. fresh yeast or 1 small package of active dry yeast (1 tbsp)
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs (yolks for the topping)
1+1/2 tsp salt
about 4-5 cups of all-purpose flour
For the filling:
about 300gr. Turkish white cheese (you can use feta cheese or mix with mozzarella)
a handful of chopped parsley
