This Turkish Pogacha is so popular in Turkey you can see it served in almost every tea party among ladies It is a rich and puffy yeast dough, you can shape it and fill it differently. I used Turkish white cheese (use feta if you can't find it)Ingredients For the pogacha bread dough:1 cup lukewarm milk1 cup lukewarm water3/4 to 1 cup vegetable oil30gr. fresh yeast or 1 small package of active dry yeast (1 tbsp)3 tbsp sugar2 eggs (yolks for the topping)1+1/2 tsp saltabout 4-5 cups of all-purpose flourFor the filling:about 300gr.
