So welcome to Sujan Fun Kitchen!RajmaIngredients:Rajma/Kidney beans - 1 cupOnions - 3 mediumTomatoes - 6 or 8 mediumGreen chillies - 4Ginger - 1 inchRoasted cumin/jeera powder - 3 tspCoriander powder - 1 tspKashmiri chilli powder - 1 tspGaram Masala powder - optional to tasteCumin seeds/jeera - 1tspGhee/oil - 2 tbsp Salt to tasteCoriander leaves for garnishingMethod:Soak the rajma/kidney beans overnight in water Pressure cook till softMeanwhile grate the onionsChop and purée the tomatoes in a blenderFinely chop green chillies; grate the gingerHeat ghee or oil in a thick panSplutter cumin seeds or jeera Then add the green chillies and ginger, stir wellAdd the grated onions and a pinch of saltAdd the roasted cumin/jeera powder and coriander powderSauté till onions turn golden - add more oil or gheeNow add the tomatoes purée and the Kashmiri chilli powder and cook everything till ghee/oil separatesAdd the drained water from the rajma to the heavy and also add saltNow add the cooked Rajma and cook everything together over medium flame, closing lightly with a lidFinally add garam masala if requiredGarnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Rice.Please SUBSCRIBE to my channelPlease SHARE my video if you like
