Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Makhmali Chicken Filling:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) tsp
-Garam masala powder tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Chicken boneless small cubes 400g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 1 tbs
-Olpers cream Cup (room temperature)
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) powder 2 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
Prepare Flour & Yogurt Slurry:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 & tbs
-Water 2-3 tbs or as required
-Samosa sheets as required
-Til (Sesame seeds) black

Directions:
Prepare Makhmali Chicken Filling:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,black pepper crushed,cumin seeds,white pepper powder, garam masala powder,salt & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & mix well.
-Add green chillies & saut until onions are translucent.
-On low flame,add cream,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add marinated chicken & mix well.
-Add cashew nut powder & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes & keep mixing in between.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander,mix well & cook until it dries up (4-5 minutes).
-Let it cool completely.
Prepare Flour & Yogurt Slurry:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,all-purpose flour,cooking oil & whisk well.
-Add water,whisk well & set aside.
-Take samosa sheet,spread flour & yogurt slurry & fold the sheet to make a pocket.
-Add makhmali chicken filling,roll into the shape of samosa & seal the edges properly.
-Apply yogurt & flour slurry on one side of samosa & sprinkle sesame seeds (makes 18 samosas).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 6-8 minutes.

-Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,kali mirch crushed,zeera,safed mirch powder,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirch dal dein aur pyaz ko translucent hunay tak saut ker leuin.
-Halki ancch per cream dal dein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kaju powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 14-15 minutes kliya paka lein & bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Kasuri methi aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Flour & Yogurt Slurry:
-Bowl mein dahi,maida aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Samosa sheet per flour & yogurt slurry laga lein aur fold ker ka pocket tayyar ker lein.
-Makhmali chicken filling dal dein aur roll ker ka samosa ki shape bana lein & edges ko seal ker lein.
-Yogurt & flour slurry ko samosa ki ek side per lage lain aur kalay til chirak dein (makes 18 samosas).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Preheated air fryer mein 180C per 6-8 minute kliya air fry ker lein.
