Making Applesauce

Why do I leave the peels on to make homemade applesauce?

Easier! Faster!

Fiber!

Apples come with fiber naturally, as does all fruit, so that the rush of fruit sugars slows down. Why remove them if you dont have to?

I think this would work in a regular blender (mine is high-speed) but Id do small batches to test. You might get a little bit of tiny pieces of skin that you (or your kids) could feel.

I use ugly apples all the time to make applesauce!
