This is a video detailing how we make Ricotta Cheese Pie. This is a special Italian cheese cake that would only come out during Christmas time. You will notice that the end product is a bit thin. The Ricotta Cheese Pie is usually a bit thicker in height than what I show here. That is because we used a large lasagna pan that was a bit two large. We normally use a 13"x9" baking pan.
