Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes(on low flame)
Serves:2

Ingredients:
Maize flour(makka, makayi): 1 cup

Besan:2 tbsp

Cumin seeds:1/4th tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/4th tsp
Fennel seeds: 1/4th tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red chilly powder: ½ tsp
Salt: as per taste
Baking soda:1/2 tsp
Oil: 1tsp
Warm water
Coriander leaves

Crushed green peas(optional)

For tampering:
Cumin seeds:1/4th tsp
Mustard seeds:1/4th tsp
Dry red chilly:2(teared)
Green chilly(optional)

Serve with favourite chutney, sauce or pickle.
