Oil - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/ 2 cup + 4 tbsp
For Rabri/ Malai
Milk - 1 litre
Safrron strands - 8-10 (soaked in milk )(optional)
