Knead a dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.Make small round balls from the prepared dough and deep fry them on low medium flame until golden brown in color. Take off flame and set aside.Directions for Sugar Syrup Preparation:In a deep pan, heat water and add sugar, cardamom and cook for 4-5 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved. Take off flame and set aside.Directions for Malai Mixture Preparation:In a pan heat milk and cook until it is half in quantity. Now add khoya and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame until it is rich and creamy in texture.
