Malai Kulfi | Easy To Make Kulfi Ice Cream At Home | Recipe by Archana in Marathi | Ruchkar Mejwani

Learn how to make perfect Malai Kulfi at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. Kulfi is a delicious Indian dessert that everyone enjoys throughout the year.

Ingredients:

1 litre Milk
1 Cup Condensed Milk
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

Method:

- In a pan, add milk and corn flour. Let the milk come to a boil for 10 minutes. Keep stirring periodically.
- Add condensed milk and mix well. Let the milk boil for 10 more minutes.
- Switch off the flame when the milk thickens.
- Once the milk cools down add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Fill up the mixture in Kulfi molds and put them in the freezer.
- Let the Kulfi set in freezer for 5 hours.
- Unmold the Kulfi & enjoy.
