Just need two ingredients, paneer and malai, and delicious malai laddoos are ready.IngredientsPaneer – 400 grams (2 cups) (crumbled)Homemade malai – 1 cupPowdered sugar – 1 cupCashews – 2 tbspPistachios – 1 tbspGreen cardamom – 4Saffron strands – 25 to 30Yellow food colour - 1 to 2 pinchesDirectionsGetting ready:1.Chop the cashews and slice the pistachios, keep them separate. Finely crush the green cardamom seeds in mortar pestle. Keep the saffron submerged in some melted malai in a bowl for a while.Making:2.Put the remaining malai in a wok and roast for 5 to 6 minutes. Then mix paneer to the roasted malai and cook for 5 to 6 minutes by stirring constantly.3.Later, add the saffron mixed malai and yellow food colour in the wok and cook everything for a while. Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture on a plate. As the mixture cools down, add powdered sugar to it and mix thoroughly.4.Add cashews and crushed green cardamom in the mixture as well and mix properly.
